Following a meeting with the coaches from the North East this week, Ian Mackenzie, the National Secretary, is confident that the North East League will be active, swimming three rounds this October, November and December 2010. The coaches were very keen to be part of the new National Arena Swimming League. This will put another piece in the jig saw making the league once again national. Mackenzie will be meeting with the officers of the old league to get the league re-instated with its new name.
